Please tell me the process to start renting.

First, we will verify your identity before accepting your rental reservation. Please fill in the necessary information on the dedicated form and submit it. You will need one of the following documents:

・Driver's license ・My Number card ・Residence card

By what date on the last day of rental should I complete the return procedure?

Please complete the return procedure on the last day of your rental. The final reception time varies depending on the Sagawa Express office, so please check the reception hours of the office you will be using in advance. Depending on the reception time, it may be handled the next day. In that case, please be sure to let us know via the chatbot.

What should I do if the product is damaged or stained?

In the unlikely event that the product becomes scratched or dirty, please contact us immediately via chatbot. We will contact you after inquiring about the situation. Please refrain from repairing or cleaning the product yourself.

What should I do if my item is lost or stolen?

If your item is lost or stolen, please follow the steps below:
1. Immediately report the loss or theft to the nearest police station.
2. Let us know your situation via the chatbot
3. We will inform you of our future actions.

Are there any fees if I cancel my reservation?

In the event of cancellation, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows:
・Up to 3 days before the start date of use: 3% of the rental fee
・2 days before to the day of use: 100% of the rental fee
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us via the chatbot.

Can I see the actual product before renting it?

Currently, we do not offer a service that allows you to view the products directly before renting. To ensure our customers can use our site with peace of mind, we have posted detailed photos and actual sizes of each product. If you have any questions about the products, please feel free to contact us via the chatbot.

Can I rent Hermes bags that are not listed on the site?

We are currently unable to rent bags that are not listed on the website, but we will use your requests as a valuable reference for expanding our product lineup in the future. If there is a product you are looking for, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Can I rent multiple bags at the same time?

Please note that we only allow one bag to be rented per customer at a time.

Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

Rental items are shipped as usual on weekends and holidays, so you can make reservations at any time according to your desired date. We recommend making reservations early on weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Can I specify a delivery time for my item?

When reserving a rental item, we do not accept requests to specify a delivery time. If you would like to specify a delivery time, please contact Sagawa Express after the item has been shipped.

Can you deliver products to locations other than my home?

Rental items will only be delivered to the address you registered when verifying your identity. Please note that we cannot deliver to your workplace, travel destination, etc.

Can I receive and return items using a delivery box?

In order to ensure the safe delivery of products, we do not accept pick-up or return of products in delivery boxes. Products must be delivered in person.

Is there an additional shipping charge?

The shipping fee is included in the rental fee and will not be charged separately.

What should I do if I am going to be late returning the item?

Please be sure to contact us via chatbot before the scheduled return date. We will provide you with guidance tailored to your situation, so please contact us as soon as possible.

What should I do if I lose my shipping box?

If you happen to lose the original box, please follow the steps below.

1. Please contact us via chatbot to inform us that you have lost your box.
2. Please prepare a sturdy box that can adequately protect the product. (Paper bags and plastic bags cannot be used in order to protect the product.)
3. Please return the item using the Sagawa Express cash-on-delivery slip.
4. After returning the item, please let us know the tracking number via the chatbot.

*Please note that if the product is not properly packaged and is damaged during return, you may be required to pay for the repairs.

How can I check my reservation details?

You can check the details of your reservation at any time from "Reservation History" on your My Page. In addition, we will send automatic notifications to your registered email address when your reservation is confirmed, when your item is shipped, and when we confirm the return.
