Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for using our rental service. To ensure a safe and smooth experience, we have established the following refund and return policy.

1. Cancellations & Refunds Before Rental Start

If you wish to cancel your rental, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Up to 3 days before the rental start date: 3% of the rental fee will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • 2 days before up to the rental start date: 100% of the rental fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.

Please use our chatbot to notify us of cancellations.
Bank transfer fees for refunds will be borne by the customer.

2. Returns & Refunds After Receiving the Product

Returns or refunds after receiving the product are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the product is damaged, soiled, or incorrect upon receipt.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • We will verify the situation and provide a full refund or cancel the rental.

  • Damage or soiling caused by the customer is not covered.

3. How to Return Products

If a return is approved, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Return the product using the designated shipping method (Sagawa Express).

  3. Once the returned product is confirmed, we will process the refund or exchange.

Shipping costs for returns will be covered by us.

4. Returning Products After Rental

  • Please return the product using our designated method by the rental end date.

  • Late returns will incur a late fee: Number of days overdue x 3 times the rental fee (1 night, 2 days)

  • Any personal items left in the returned product will be stored for one month and then disposed of.

5. Exclusions

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 24 hours have passed since delivery.

  • Damage or soiling caused by the customer.

  • Personal reasons, such as not liking the product or image differences.

  • Minor scratches or signs of aging.

This policy may be updated without prior notice.
