*The box is required for return shipping. Please keep it and do not throw it away.

*If any items are missing, please contact us immediately via chat or phone.

*Please be sure to check the contents of the inspection certificate yourself.

2. Take a photo to confirm the condition of the product

Please take the four photos below and send them to us via the chatbot on the site (the paper airplane icon at the bottom right of the site).

* The photographed images will be used as a quality record to ensure that you can use the product with peace of mind.

Important points to note for comfortable use

Be careful not to pack too much

Excessive storage can cause the product to lose its shape or become damaged.

Be careful with liquids

Leaking ballpoint pens and cosmetics can cause stains.

Beware of sharp objects

Keys and accessories can cause scratches.

Use of bicycles and motorcycles

Please refrain from carrying it in a basket.

Perfume and tobacco

Please be aware that odors tend to remain.

Be careful not to get it wet

Rain and sweat can cause stains.

Be careful about where you store it

Store in a cool, well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight.

Damage

Abrasions caused by use, animal bite marks, etc.

Loss of bag, accessories, or parts

Please rest assured that we will take care of any minor stains or wrinkles that may occur through normal use.

*However, if significant damage or stains are found, you may be required to pay the repair costs or the product price.

Return procedure

2. Take a photo before returning the item

Please take six photos of the product as they appeared when it arrived and send them to us via the in-app chat.

3. Packaging

*Please return the item in the same condition as when it was delivered.

4. Shipping

  • Please use the return slip included to return the item.
  • If you are outside of collection hours or will be late, please contact us (chatbot)

For those who wish to extend their stay

  • If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us in advance.


⚠️About overdue payments

  • If you do not contact us in advance and the return deadline passes, a late fee will be charged.
  • Late fee: Basic rental fee (1 night, 2 days) x number of days overdue x 2

Rental purchase plan

You can purchase any item you like during the rental period (provided that it has not already been reserved by another customer).

We will deduct the rental fee you paid from the sales price and offer it to you at a special price.
