Thank you for using our rental service. To ensure smooth delivery of your products, we have established the following shipping policy.
1. Delivery Areas
Currently, we deliver to the Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, and Kinki regions in Japan.
For returns from outside these areas, please check the estimated delivery days with Sagawa Express.
2. Shipping Carrier
Products will be delivered using our contracted courier service (Sagawa Express).
3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Orders will be shipped to arrive in time for the rental start date.

Specified Date Delivery: You cannot choose a specific delivery date; delivery is aligned with the rental start date.
Please note that delays may occur due to weather, traffic conditions, or during year-end/New Year holidays and long national holidays.
4. Shipping Fee

Standard delivery: Shipping fees are included in the basic rental fee.
5. Receiving the Product

Home Delivery: Products will be delivered to the specified address.

If You Are Not Home: Please check the courier’s delivery notice and arrange redelivery yourself.
6. Tracking
After the product is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email.
7. Refusal of Delivery / Long-Term Absence
If the product is returned for the following reasons, the cancellation fee will be charged to the customer:

Refusal to receive the product

Long-term absence
8. Product Damage or Loss
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged or lost during shipping:

Damage: After confirming the product condition, the rental will be canceled and a refund will be issued.

Loss: We will coordinate with Sagawa Express to verify the situation, then cancel the rental and issue a refund.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Returns

Return Deadline: Please ensure the product is shipped back on the rental end date.

Return Shipping Fee: Covered by us.

Return Carrier: Please use Sagawa Express.
Returns via other carriers are generally not accepted.
10. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by:

Weather or natural disasters

Courier-related problems

Recipient absence or incorrect address
