①Delivery and return of products
・The product will be delivered on the rental start date.
・Please complete the return shipping procedure on the last day of your rental.
・The final reception time varies depending on the Sagawa Express office, so please check the reception hours of the office you will be using in advance.
②Quality check
・When you receive the rental item and before returning it, please take a photo of the item according to the enclosed manual.
・The images will be used as a quality record to ensure peace of mind when using the service.
・We ask that you submit photographs in order to receive compensation in the unlikely event of an accident.
・Please note that if you do not submit a photo of the product, you may be required to pay part of the repair cost.
