①Delivery and return of products
・The product will be delivered on the rental start date.
・Please complete the return shipping procedure on the last day of your rental.
・The final reception time varies depending on the office, so please check the reception time of the office you wish to use in advance.
・If you use a carrier other than Sagawa Express, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and must contact us in advance.
(※You must submit a photo of the receipt with the stamp)
・Extension is not accepted.
・Late fee: Number of days overdue x 3 times the rental fee (1 night, 2 days)
②Quality check
When the product arrives, please be sure to check the contents of the inspection certificate and sign it.
(If there are any issues, please contact us on the day of arrival.)
